Login Instructions

• Go to keepitcolorado.wildapricot.org/

• Click “Log in” in the upper-right corner. 
• Enter your email address and click on "Forgot Password." 
• On the Reset Password page, you will be prompted to enter your email address again. Click "Submit." 
• The system will send you an email with instructions for resetting your password. Follow the steps and log back into the site.
• You're in! 

Member Portal Resources (for members)

• Library: Access toolkits, webinar recordings and materials, funding opportunities, educational resources and much more.
• Calendar: Register for members-only meetings and events.
• Groups (also called Circle Calls): Connect with other members to discuss challenges and opportunities and brainstorm solutions around specific topics of interest. Calls exist for Land Trust EDs, Stewardship, Conservation, Communications & Development, and Operations. 
• Chat Forum: Post questions for your fellow members and start discussion threads.
• Directory: Find contact info for your fellow members.

• A "bundle coordinator" has been identified for your organization. That person is listed in your profile and is the one who will manage your organization's account, receive invoices, make dues payments and add/remove members from your organization's account. If someone else in your organization should be assigned the bundle coordinator function, please contact Linda.
• Adding new staff members from your organization to the member portal:
• • If you are the bundle coordinator, log in to your own account at keepitcolorado.wildapricot.org/ and click “Log in” in the upper-right corner. (If you forgot your password, enter your email address and click on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions for resetting your password.) 
  • Once in your account, click your name or the View profile link, then click “Add member.” 
  • For each new member, please include at least a first and last name, org name (please use your org name for board members) and email address.
  • Each person you add will receive an email notification that they have an account on our member portal. They will then need to log in and create their own password.
