Scholarships
Scholarships are available to Keep It Colorado members! The submission deadline is Friday, March 28 with applications accepted after that date if funding is still available. Priority will go to first-time attendees, organizations and agencies with a smaller number of staff, and organizations and agencies with operating budgets below $300,000. Please submit an application if any of these apply to you, or if there are other financial barriers to your participation at Spring Summit.
Sponsor Spring Summit
Help us make our biggest event of the year possible while getting great visibility. Let us know if you’d like to get involved! View all sponsor opportunities here.
Lodging & Transportation
Ready to book lodging? Keep It Colorado has a block of discounted rooms for Spring Summit guests at select hotels. Book your lodging here! These blocks are available until April 15 and May 7, depending on the hotel.
NOTE: It was found that the old booking link for the Holiday Inn caused an error when the dates of 5/20-5/23 were selected. Those dates automatically reset to 5/21-5/23, so if you booked prior to April 15, please double check your reservation! An updated link has been added to the lodging sheet linked above.
Would you rather camp? I Bar Ranch has offered camping for $15/person/night! Registration link can be found here. Restrooms are on site, but there are no showers or RV hookups. No open flame is allowed in the camping area, but they can host a bonfire each night. Find a shower (and a great workout!) at the Gunnison Community Center, 200 Spencer Ave. for $10.
Need a ride? Have a free seat? Let's go green and create a carpool! Add your information.
